This is a great find I think it applies to other areas as well, unfortunately when some people work for nothing clients expect it!
I hate it when you build a website and the clients are sitting waiting for you then to write all their content for free, or value add!
Anyone giving things away for free undervalues what they do and everyone else and this is the reason clients often have unreasonable expectations!
